Training to BDE & Sr. BDE
Guidance to Senior BDE in achievement of Target whole Team of BDE & Sr. BDE
Guidance to BD team on Cold Calling on Skype or Direct calls in International Market
Development of Team on Managing Complete Sales Cycle : Effective Presentation to client on call, convincing the client, submission of Proposal and closing the deal, handover to technical team
Ensure that Proper Customer Relationship Management after Sales is taken care by self as well as by Sr. BDE
Biding :
Handling team of Biding Online
Ensure that Proper response is submitted by Team
Ensure that Proper communication is done once Bid is Open for communication
Closing the deal and handover to technical team
Data Mining :
Handling team of Data Miner
Ensure that Proper Quality of Data is maintained
Ensure that Data mining team achieves its Target
Direct Calling :
Direct calling to High End client
Pitching Our services
Generation of Lead, Submission of Proposal and closing the high end client
Achieves Individual Sales Target
Skill Sets Required:
