Job Description

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - Business Finance to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Finance with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience. The salary for this position is indicative and open for negotiation based on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support in day-to-day operations. review and approve financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with department heads to analyze financial data and provide insights for decision-making. Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health indicators, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies, ensuring timely and accurate reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. Carry out internal review of revenue on whether the. same is billed around to the customer agreement B) Direct Responsibilities: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure financial performance and drive business growth working with the CFO Conduct financial analysis on pricing of client deals and costing of properties to support strategic decision-making with the help of CFO. Perform variance analysis to track performance against both cost and revenue targets Conduct regular financial reviews, prepare budgets and assist in presentations to senior management with the assistance of CFO Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long- term planning with the JV partners, leader etc. working with the CFO Drive process improvements and efficiency gains through automation, standardization, and optimization initiatives. Qualifications: MBA in Finance or related field with 2-5 years of experience CA Fresher with 0-1 years of experience. CA intermediate with 5-10 years of experience Strong understanding of financial regulations and reporting standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Advanced proficiency in accounting software ZOHO and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
