Job Description

Job Brief We, at Tribe Stays, are URGENTLY looking for a Business Development Manager for Property Supply in the hospitality industry, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our network of properties to meet the evolving needs of our clients. Leveraging your hotel and facility management expertise, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and enhancing our competitive position in the market. Specific Duties: Under the leadership of the CEO, the Business Development Manager will perform the following duties and responsibilities: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the hospitality industry. Analyse market data and customer insights to develop targeted strategies for property acquisition and expansion. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our. portfolio of properties, including hotels, resorts, and other hospitality assets. Build and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate property acquisitions and partnerships. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favourable terms for property procurement and management. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets within the property supply segment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and ensure seamless execution of property acquisition and management initiatives. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients and partners to understand their evolving needs and preferences. Provide personalized service and support to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and maximize customer satisfaction. Industry Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and expand professional connections. Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge. Qualification, Experience & Skills Tribe Stays seeks a results-oriented individual with the ability to produce and lead teams in producing high quality deliverables, managing multiple concurrent tasks, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail. The successful candidate is required to have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Prior experience in property acquisition, real estate development, or asset management. Established network of contacts within the hospitality industry, including property owners, developers, and industry professionals. Familiarity with market trends, regulatory requirements, and industry standards affecting the hospitality sector. Proven track record of success in business development, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong understanding of hotel and facility management principles, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and identify actionable insights. Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
