Job Description

The Sales /Business Development manager will be responsible for assisting in new business development, lead generation, account management, documentation, and contract execution. The person will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, generating new sales leads, maintaining strong customer relationships, and working with internal teams to improve the customer experience Requirements Experience in Sales/Marketing/BD is must. Knowledge of Line pipes /OCTG. Excellent business communication and account management skills Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Documentation Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Product and Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and advancements in oil & gas Qualifications And Skills >Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. >Proven experience in. business development within the oil & gas manufacturing sector. >Strong technical understanding of oil & gas manufacturing processes and products. >Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. >Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. >Familiarity with industry regulations and standards. EXPERIENCE 5 TO 10 YEARS IN SALES SAME OIL AND GASES INDUSTRY Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 1,800,000.00 - 2,000,000.00 per year Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Performance bonus Yearly bonus Experience: sales exp in oil and gas industry: 5 years (Required) Ability to Commute: New Delhi, Delhi (Required) Ability to Relocate: New Delhi, Delhi: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
