Job Description

Join our dynamic Direct Sales Team and make use of your hunting, analytical and negotiation skills to acquire new customers. As a Business Development Executive, you will engage with SME's and MNC's and advise them, providing them with valuable suggestions/consultation, and presenting them with the right solution for their business. You will be in contact with different companies from different sectors on a daily basis, in addition to learning a lot on how companies from a wide range of different industries operate. Your daily tasks are mainly done from our office in Chennai. Your responsibilities include: Handle entire sales cycle without prospecting new customers Pitch ERP Management Software to SMEs who are unsatisfied with their current tools Analyze customers" business needs, activities and pain points Provide customers with a tailor made demonstration of the software Negotiation and closing What's great in the job No cold calling; A lot of people have already. tried ERP / Odoo and want to know more about it! Opportunities to develop personal network with decision makers/C levels from different industries and build up industry knowledge Interesting, evolving product with a large application scope: CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, Inventory, HR, Project Management etc. You'll be in direct contact with the customer from initial contact to closing No cap on commission Bachelor degree, or higherBilingual (English + an Indian language)Excellent communication skill, you like to negotiate and to achieve targets1 - 3 years relevant experienceSoftware and new technology awareness Speak with the recruiter - hidden_mobile Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 9,045.04 - 25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Vadapalani, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: ERP Sales: 1 year (Required) Business development: 1 year (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 15/04/2024
