Job Description

Job Summary: As an International Healthcare Client Handling Specialist working the night shift, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients within the healthcare industry across different time zones. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth coordination of healthcare services, address client inquiries, and assist with any concerns they may have. This position requires a strong background in healthcare practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently during night hours. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for international healthcare clients, including patients, medical professionals through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. Healthcare Coordination: Facilitate the coordination of healthcare services, appointments, consultations 1. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, and other relevant. information using electronic health records (EHR) systems or designated software. 2. Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, patient confidentiality guidelines (HIPAA), and company policies in all client interactions and data handling processes. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and other internal teams to streamline processes, address client needs, and enhance the overall client experience. 4. Night Shift Availability: Be available to work during night hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate clients in different time zones and provide round-the-clock support. Requirements: Medical degree/ MBA/ Masters or equivalent qualification Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. Empathy, compassion, and a patient-centered approach to client care. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds. Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
