Hiring for International process as Process Manager and Associate Process Manager for Navi Mumbai Location (Airoli) - BPO MNC Industry Experience in the Telecom Industry is a plus. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Process Manager - BPO Customer Service at one of the leading MNC industry in Navi Mumbai. The Process Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery, setting and achieving performance targets, and driving continuous improvement. The Process Manager will also be responsible for handling escalations, analyzing data, preparing reports, and coordinating with other teams. Qualifications Proven experience in TEAM LEAD in managing International BPO customer service operations. On Paper as a Team Leader experience should be more than 2. years Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze data and identify trends. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
