Job Description

Job Title: Sr Associate HR L&D - Vivek Private Limited Job Overview: The HR Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist in Vivek Private Limited is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training and development programs that align with organizational goals and enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the company. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Design and Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for employees, covering onboarding, product knowledge, customer service, and leadership development. Design training materials, modules, and resources that are engaging and effective. Needs Assessment: Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements within the Company. Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand specific team needs and tailor training programs. accordingly. Learning Initiatives: Drive initiatives that promote a culture of continuous learning and development. Explore and implement innovative learning methods, including e-learning platforms, workshops, and mentorship programs. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for staff. Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of training content. Provide coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance. Performance Management Integration: Align learning and development initiatives with the organization's performance management system. Develop training programs that contribute to employee career progression and succession planning. Technology Integration: Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences, including the implementation of learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant tools on discussion with HR head and the management Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in learning technology. Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Conduct regular evaluations to assess the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance and overall business outcomes. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure training programs comply with relevant industry regulations and standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Proven experience in HR Learning and Development, preferably in the retail industry. Strong understanding of training program design, adult learning principles, and performance management. Excellent facilitation and communication skills. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Skills and Competencies: Creativity in designing engaging training content. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset for evaluating training effectiveness. Ability to adapt to changing business needs. Project management skills for executing multiple training initiatives simultaneously
