Job Description

As a Training & Compliances Specialist for a process that involves upgrading existing customers to a premium membership program, with a focus on a participative and dynamic approach, here are key accountabilities you will have: 1. Training Program Development: Refine and keep developing training materials and modules that are engaging, interactive, and tailored to the needs of the team. Create resources that facilitate knowledge dissemination and address the specific challenges and barriers faced by individuals during the upgrading process. 2. Training Delivery: Conduct daily training sessions that promote active participation and dynamic learning. Utilize various training methodologies, such as role-playing, case studies, and group discussions, to ensure effective knowledge transfer and skill development. Adapt the training content and delivery based on the feedback and learnings gathered each day. 3. Performance Barrier Identification: Identify performance barriers faced by. individual team members during the upgrading process. Conduct assessments or evaluations to understand the specific areas where individuals may be struggling and provide targeted coaching and support to address those challenges. 4. Call Recording Analysis: Analyze call recordings to identify areas for improvement in the pitch or sales techniques used by team members. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the quality of pitches and sales conversations. Share best practices and successful approaches with the team to optimize their performance. 5. Incentive Qualification Measurement: Establish metrics and benchmarks to measure the success of the training program. Track the number of individuals who successfully upgrade customers to the premium membership program, and qualify for incentives and Achievers Club super-rewards. Regularly review and analyze these metrics to assess the effectiveness of the training interventions. 6. Vertical Reporting and Suggestions: Provide regular reports and updates to the process heads, highlighting the training outcomes, challenges, and areas of improvement. Collaborate with the process heads to suggest better ways of conducting the training interventions, incorporating their feedback and insights into the training program. 7. Continuous Benchmark Review: Continuously review and upgrade the benchmarks and performance targets for the team. Stay updated with industry best practices and market trends to ensure that the training program aligns with the evolving needs of the premium membership program and delivers optimal results. 8. Knowledge Dissemination: Facilitate daily knowledge sharing sessions where team members can share their learnings, experiences, and successful strategies. Encourage a collaborative and supportive learning environment where individuals can leverage each other's expertise to enhance their performance. 9. Performance Evaluation and Feedback: Regularly assess the performance of team members to identify areas of improvement. Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and guidance to help individuals overcome performance barriers and achieve their targets. Offer ongoing support and motivation to foster a high-performance culture. 10. Personal Development: Continuously enhance your own skills and knowledge in training methodologies, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to ensure the training program remains relevant and effective. 11. Compliances Training Program: Develop and deliver comprehensive compliance training programs that align with the guidelines mandated by SEBI. Ensure that team members are well-versed in regulatory requirements, sales compliance, and ethical practices. 12. Non-Conformance Identification: Continuously monitor and assess the sales process to identify any potential non-compliance issues. Analyze sales activities, documentation, and interactions with customers to detect and mitigate any instances of non conformance. 13. Periodic Reviews and Communication: Conduct regular reviews of non-compliance instances and communicate the findings to the team members. Provide detailed feedback on areas of improvement and development, highlighting specific non conformances that need attention. 14. Development Planning: Work with individual team members to create development plans to address non-compliance issues. Identify specific training needs, skill gaps, and areas of improvement for each team member. Provide guidance and resources to support their development journey. 15. Compliance Targets: Set minimum compliance targets for team members on a daily basis. Clearly communicate these targets and track their progress regularly. Provide coaching, support, and resources to help team members achieve and maintain compliance standards. 16. Upliftment and Support: Prioritize the upliftment of every team member to ensure they can meet compliance targets. Offer personalized coaching, mentorship, and guidance to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve compliance excellence. Foster a supportive environment that encourages continuous learning and improvement. 17. Compliance Reporting: Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms to track compliance performance at an individual and team level. Generate reports and metrics that provide insights into compliance adherence, non-conformance trends, and areas of improvement. Share these reports with stakeholders and provide recommendations for corrective actions. 18. Regulatory Updates: Stay abreast of the latest regulatory changes and updates issued by SEBI. Keep the team informed about any new guidelines or requirements that may impact their sales practices. Provide training and resources to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory standards. 19. Audits and Assessments: Collaborate with internal audit teams or compliance officers to conduct periodic assessments and audits of sales processes. Participate in the evaluation of compliance controls, identify gaps or weaknesses, and recommend measures for improvement. 20. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and suggestions from team members regarding compliance-related processes, procedures, and training. Regularly review and update training materials and resources to reflect changing compliance requirements and best practices
