Customer Service - Team Leader Only Girl / women can apply Salary : 6 LPA Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives. Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and team objectives. Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and offer coaching to enhance productivity. Ensure adherence to Key Result Areas (KRAs), including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Handle attrition and shrinkage management effectively. Collaborate with other teams to achieve overall organizational goals. Requirements: Graduates with a minimum of 2+ years experience as a Team Leader in a customer service voice process. Overall work experience of 5+ years. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, enthusiastic, and result-oriented. Familiarity with team dynamics and performance metrics.
