Correspond with candidates and clients including sending meeting requests via Outlook.

Update feedback/outcome interview on tool.

Assist Interviewers in updating feedback on the tool.

Create/update job aids for scheduling

Experience handling multiple priorities, while taking a proactive approach and maintaining a strong attentional to detail. Good to Have

Weekend/Walk-in-Hands

Has Positive attitude.

A minimum of six months of scheduling experience; preferably in a recruiting group/a professional services organization/Call centers.

Minimum Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience

Extensive experience using the calendar feature in Microsoft Outlook and working knowledge of Word, Excel & PPT.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced corporate environment

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
