Manager Billing & Payment Operations @ Shopclues

An ideal candidate will possess following:

1. Managing Merchant Payment Services operations
2. Managing merchant payables and adjustments as per business requirements
3. Responsible for refunds arising out of various online transactions
4. Managing Debit and Credit Notes with merchants
5. Open for communication with respective operational departments and third party merchants
6. Personnel with Eye for details
7. Zeal to learn and understand new technologies and processes
8. Compiling and closing accounting transaction within required timeframe
9. Knowledge of e-commerce and retail industry would be an added advantage
10. Good Interpersonal and communication skills, tactful handling of sensitive, confidential issues; ability to resolve complaints and timely completion of executive-level reports and presentation
11. Inclination towards Technology preferred
12. Ability to manage a team.
