- Pleasing Personality and Negotiation skills
- Excellent exposure in sourcing candidates from job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Manage activities starting from screening to onboarding candidates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel.
- Preference for candidates who can join within a week.
