Graduate / Post graduate in any discipline with overall 1-2 years of experience in delivering training
Strong attention to detail and has ability to learn quickly.
Needs to have basic knowledge with popular Microsoft Office programs e.g. PowerPoint, excel, word etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skill must be able to create content and prepare reports
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrate sound work ethics.
Flexible to work in shift
