Job Description

1. Ability to read construction blue prints, architectural drawings and spec
2. Experience with take offs, shop CAD drawings cost estimation for Stone and tile
3. Create shop drawings from architectural drawings
4. High level of efficiency exceptional organizational skills
5. Strong attention to details
6. Collaborations skills - updating and collecting information and keeping everyone updated
7. Exceptional Organizational skills
8. Candidates preferred with experience in Bluebeam Revu
9. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and multitask

Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor s degree
2. 2 years of relevant experience
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Good knowledge on Microsoft word, excel and presentation
5. Should be a quick learner and has the ability to adapt
6. Perform additional duties as required and or requested
