  • Description: The requirement is for a 1st Level Technical support engineer responsible for the monitoring of alerts, events in the environment, handle technical calls and respond to all customer queries in a timely fashion. Required to work in a 24/7 shift on a rotating roster.
  • Requirements:
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in helpdesk processes, ability to handle technical calls.
  • Knowledge and experience in any of the following technologies - Windows, Linux, Storage, Networks, etc.
