Job Description

Skills & Knowledge Required:

RHV & Open shift.

Knowledge on systems network.

Other virtualization technologies.

Roles & Responsibilities but not limited to:

Install and configure systems on RHV

Configure Red Hat Virtualization with high-availability.

Configure networking and storage for use with Red Hat Virtualization.

Manage user accounts and access to the Red Hat Virtualization environment.

Install and manage virtual machines in Red Hat Virtualization.

Use templates for rapid virtual machine deployment.

Manage virtual machine snapshots and images.

Integrate 3rd Party backup softwares for VM level backups and agent backups

Restoration drills of Backup.

Performance tuning on backups.

Basic Network understanding for the purpose of Backups.

Understanding of Vmware.

Know-how to work on Openshift

Migrate virtual machines from vmware and vice versa.

L1/L2 experience on RHEL, Troubleshooting on RHEL
