Head/Senior Manager - Interior Design (15-20 yrs)

Head of Design/Sr Manager Interior Designing.

Job Description :

- Plan, design, to create unique work spaces.

- Work closely with the Business head and senior designers and project managers for project and studio deliverables.

- Develop designs for corporate interior projects, lead client presentations/pitches in the region and collaboratively manage the studio with the business head

- Lead a team

- Min 10 yrs Exp. in handling Interiors projects PLANNING - in variety of Hotels & restaurants / QSR both Operational as well as pre-opening properties for Renovation, Interiors work, New Store Opening .

- Should have conceptual and technical understanding on range of Interiors Design and architecture work aspects which are important and essential for a quality execution of Interiors Projects.

- Should be formally qualified in Interior Designing & should be well versed with Co-ordination, Technical Drawings, Concept Design, Design Review, Milestones followups on Projects deliverables, Vendor management .

Mandatory : - Must know to work independently and end to end on Tools like Autocad, Photoshop, MS Projects etc

- A Degree in Project management and Interiors will be an added Advantage.

- Candidate should be from or Currently working in Bangalore Only / willing to relocate to Bangalore & has special capability on handling Hotels Interiors Design and projects management.

- Candidate should be OK with the travelling needs of Job within and outside city from time to time.
