Job Description

Handling Support tickets

Service monitoring

Interacting with customers and work till the closure of the issues

To work with cross functional teams in day to day activities

Planning carrying out maintenance activities

Sharing monthly/weekly reports with customers

Willing to work in odd hours

Ability to handle multiple projects

Skills Required:

Good knowledge in Windows Linux

Shell Scripting

Knowledge in SQL MongoDB

Basics in Networking

Knowledge on web servers

Basic knowledge on Docker and its commands

Any cloud technology will be added advantage

Good troubleshooting skills

Strong Communication Skills

Strong customer service ethos
