Job Title: Branch Relationship Manager

Overview: We are looking for an experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Kotak Mahindra Bank. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in portfolio management within the private banking sector, coupled with exceptional relationship-building skills and a client-centric approach.


  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, providing personalized financial advice and services.
    • Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored solutions.
  2. Portfolio Management:

    • Oversee the investment portfolios of assigned clients, ensuring alignment with their risk tolerance and investment objectives.
    • Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, investment performance, and portfolio allocation.
  3. Business Development:

    • Identify opportunities to expand the client base and grow assets under management.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and leverage networking to acquire new clients and business opportunities.
  4. Financial Advisory:

    • Provide comprehensive financial advice on a range of investment products, including equities, fixed income, mutual funds, and alternative investments.
    • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and discussions with clients to optimize their investment strategies.
  5. Compliance and Regulations:

    • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies governing private banking activities.
    • Stay updated on industry regulations and market changes affecting client portfolios.


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in portfolio management within a private banking environment.
  • Proven track record of managing high-net-worth client portfolios and achieving business targets.
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
