Job Description

Responsibilities:
Create, load, examine and modify CNC programs

Preplanned setting, loading, clamping & unloading materials onto CNC machine.

Machining by studying drawings & specifications, machining parameters, interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances.

Programs on machine by entering instructions, including zero and reference points.

Jobs should be completed within quality and estimated Hrs.

Processes, re-programming controls to ensure that everything is in order, sharpening and replacing worn tools, adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.

Machine should be utilized maximum. Ensure that all CNC machines are lubricated properly before each processes initiation
