Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop & Control delivery plan & budgets

Develop Process & systems to deliver operational excellence

Ensure successful execution & delivery of services agreed between AFL & customers.

Act as a single point of contacts & primary owner for service delivery

Provide delivery direction & support to the team to ensure customer satisfaction

Ensure delivery quality & performance meeting customer requirements.

Ensure overall delivery planning & execution along with team members

Participate with change control board and/or change control process.

Prepare & provide SLA measurement reporting according to requirements

Establishment & Continuously improve the difference & the efficiency of the overall delivery.

Strong ITIL process background with good implement Skills

Should have good global exposure & business in servicing international / Global client
