Type of Shift: 9 AM- 6 PM
Working Days- 6 Days
Address:- 2nd Floor, West Wing, Worldmark 1, Aerocity IGI Airport Hospitality District New Delhi - 110 037
Type of Job: - WFO
No of days working in a week: - 6 days Job Descriptions: - ASSET COORDINATOR
Looking the IT asset management Domain and EUC such as (Ticket handling of
Allocation and De-allocation asset, Inventory management, Daily reports, Record
maintaining, Physical vs IT-HAM report, Asset Reconciliation, with the help SAP tool
Management of EOL devices for disposal.
Management of off board users to IT clearance.
Looking the office management such as vendor coordination, Meeting arrangement,
Required material management, food management, sitting arrangement of On board
users, Clearence management of Off-board users, Audit Management
IT hardware Asset Management, Material Management, Vendor Management, Client Assets Management, AMC / Warranty, Project Management Onboarding and off/boarding project, Inventory Analysis, Courier Asset management project, Scrap handling, I-Off board clearance. Report/Data pulling from HAM tool. Knowledge of RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization),
