Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate quality control activities, Internal Audits, and conduct training sessions to explain to workers the importance of the following quality norms, rules, and regulations.
  • Supervise working of quality service providers and inspectors.
  • Review and submit recommendations to supervisors pertaining to documentation reports, contractor audits and other official reports for final records.
  • Adhere to EXPERTISE Safety and Quality Policies, Rules and Regulations, as well Clients specific policies.
  • Oversee effective implementation of the Quality Management System throughout the company, including any business accreditations
  • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures and ensure contents are appropriate for business
  • Analyze current and future procedural needs of the business
  • Organize and manage the plant internal audit system and the corrective action reporting system
  • Conduct Quality Systems audits and assist in training/guidance to other auditors
  • Host external Quality System audits
  • Provide training on Quality issues and business processes
  • Coordinate the review of Quality procedures associated with plant
  • Maintain the Standard Operating Procedure content and coordinate the issuing of these documents
  • Support other functional areas of the business including procurement, business services and design
  • Undertake internal project and management audits during the tender, design and manufacture stages
  • Collate quality data for monitoring targets
  • Assist with training of quality awareness
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to adhere to process and prevent occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process, or system
  • Preparation of all project related Quality Control records, e.g., Hydrotest Reports, NDT Reports & Inspections & Test records.
  • Knowledge of relevant inspection codes e.g., ASME, API, BSI, etc.
  • Data collection & co-relation of information.
  • Participate in on-site audits.
  • Advice project personnel on Quality Control related activities.
  • Carry out any other reasonable task as assigned by either / or the immediate Line Supervisor
