Support senior managers and executives with daily clerical tasks
Carry out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
Make travel arrangements and reservations for company organised events
Compose and type regular correspondence, like invitations and informative material
Greet and provide general support to visitors
Develop, implement and improve office policies and procedures
Provide onboarding support to new hires and HR team.
Plan and ensure systematic induction for all new employees of the designations.
Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment
Coordinate with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
Requirements
Bachelor s/Master s Degree in Business / Administration / Human Resources or related field
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in administrative assistant
In-depth understanding of office management and daily operations
Hands on experience with MS Office
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Proven experience of leading a team
