DSP Firmware Engineer @ Lekha Wireless

• Design, development & verification of DSP firmware for Physical Layer of wireless protocol.
• Design, development & verification of various components of Physical Layer and their integration across Processor-FPGA
• Design, development & verification of interfaces between Physical Layer and higher layers, and radio front end modules.
• Collaborate with System engineering, Hardware, firmware and Verification teams during firmware design, feature development & verification.
• Implement & optimize signal processing modules / control firmware on DSP.
• Define, implement debug unit/subsystem test cases.
• Integration of modules to the System under development.
• Actively support the analysis debugging of issues arising out of field trials

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor/Masters in Engineering in Electronics and Communications / Telecommunications or related subjects.
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on Experience in programming & debugging systems with tight Controller/DSP/HW accelerator interaction.
• Strong programming and analytical Skills.
• Experience in algorithm design, system simulation and testing on MATLAB preferred.
• Experience in physical layer aspects of any of the cellular radio standards 2G/3G/CDMA/WiMAX/WCDMA/LTE/5G or Wi-Fi.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Quick learner, team player and self-driven.
