Project Manager Physical Layer @ Lekha Wireless

Job responsibilities:

• Requirements gathering and understanding to prepare software/system requirement specification document.
• Determine and define the project scopes and objectives.
• Determine the resources needed for the timely and successful execution of the project.
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Building strong, motivated and goal driven team.
• Communicate clearly about the project plan, status and updates with various stakeholders.
• Collaborate and synchronize the various teams like System engineering, Hardware, firmware and Verification teams.
• Monitor progress and make improvisations as needed.
• Interact with customers for regular updates and product feedback and improvisations.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor/master s in engineering in Electronics and Communications / Telecommunications or related subjects.
• 3 to 4 years of wireless communication project management and related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong management and analytical Skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Experience in physical layer aspects of any of the cellular radio standards 2G/3G/CDMA/WiMAX/WCDMA/LTE/5G or Wi-Fi.
• 6+ years of hands-on embedded firmware development experience with focus on physical layer/DSP firmware.
• Experience in programming & debugging systems with tight Controller/DSP/HW accelerator interaction.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Project management tools like Microsoft project.
• Understanding or various product testing, quality analysis.
• Experience in bug tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira etc.
• Experience in wireless communication domain is preferred.
• Experience in TI or analog DSPs is preferred.
