Automation Lead @ Rxlogix Corporation

Job Description

• Responsibilities will also include developing, maintaining, execution of Automation test scripts, maintaining/enhancing automation framework also creating Test Strategy, Test Planning, Resource Management, Estimations, Capacity Planning, hire & mentor good talent etc

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of BE, B. Tech or MCA preferably from a premium institute
• Test Automation experience with QTP/UFT or any open-source tool
• 8 years of automation experience
• Hands-on experience on working with new age automation framework, CI/CD etc
• Strong understanding of SDLC, software development
• Proficient in QA methodology and process (preferably Agile testing)
• Efficient in creation of Test Strategy, Test Planning, Resource Management, Estimations, Capacity Planning, etc.
• Team mentoring, coordination to resolve issues, responsiveness, reporting
• Motivate, train, develop team to make most productive use of resources
• Excellent communication skills: must be able communicate with both Internal & External Stake holder
• Ability to hire & mentor good talent
• Well versed with risk assessment and management techniques
• Good VB scripting skills
• Good exposure and experience in managing end to end project on multiple platforms
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Experienced with MS Excel, MS Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with drug safety systems, particularly Argus Safety, is a plus
• Experience with Agile projects is a plus
• Experience with load and performance testing
• Good knowledge of SQL
