Recruiting efforts include candidate sourcing, screening, applicant tracking, checking references and other related recruiting activities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs Performing in-person, video and phone interviews with candidates Making recommendations to company hiring managers based on the current market trends Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Maintains records on recruiting activities as required Skills Qualifications 3-5 years in human resources, with 2-3 years full cycle recruiting experience Displays creativity in sourcing candidates Knowledge of and experience with internet search tools and techniques Ability to work independently, with limited supervision Strong follow-up skills Strong multi-tasking skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and presentation skills Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint Strong organizational skills.
