Job Description

Provide 24X7 enterprise support to international customers, mostly over email Address billing, cancellations, invoice generation, chargebacks account related queries
Address basic queries related to Myrsa products, articles or documentation
Routing issues to appropriate sales or technical resolver groups, where required
Achieve all KPIs and metrics set on a quarterly basis
Identify, participate implement process improvements
