Technical Expertise:

Core Java
Excellent understanding of Android SDK and SQLite
Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)
Eclipse, Android studio
Using version control (e.g. GIT, SVN)
Good understanding of the Android NDK and integrating native C++ code libraries into Android apps using JNI
Familiarity with Maven and Gradle.

Leadership:

Client Management:

Manages client interaction and expectations regarding development efforts.
Effective communication with clients to identify their business needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
