Job Description

 

We are currently looking for a Report writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall
success of Doceree. You will be reporting to the Director Marketing and Communications. The Report Writer will
provide expert guidance for the analysis, design and support of Pharmatech reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Proficient with report writing: He/she should have full understanding of general referencing, cross-referencing and other technical aspects of report writing
    Ensuring reports are written as per client specifications and business requirements
    Proficient in report writing and data processing Proficient with language
  •  He /she will be the editor/ proof-reader for all the business line reports to be submitted. So strong command of English language and grammar is essential.
  • Write easy-to-understand user
    interface text, online help, and developer guides
  • Ability to work in teams Escalate issues and seek assistance from the Team Leader or the supervisor in case of
    verification queries and any other issue which needs to be attended
    Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Completion of the assigned target on a daily basis and meeting the established service levels and TAT s
    Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Maintaining integrity, discipline, and confidentiality
    Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
    Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

Requirements

  • 3- 4 years proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation in the pharmaceutical industry Ability to deliver high quality documentation while paying attention to detail
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    Ability to Collate, communicate and present reports on MS PowerPoint
    Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
