Designation: Process Executive / Sr. Process executive

Job Location: Bangalore

Qualification:Bsc/Bcom only

Shifts : Flexible for 24/7 shifts

Experience : 0-2 years

Job Description:

• Effectively process ID and access addition/modification/deletion requests as per deliverables outlined
• Ensure appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customer's account in the prescribed format
• Execute transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines
• Ensure that performance parameters are met to meet SLA targets
• Ensure customer/user confidentiality and data protection at all times

Skills Required:

• Analytical and Problem solving skills
• Time Management Skills
• Computer skills
• Excellent PC , data entry skills and communication.
• General support knowledge of Operating systems across various platforms, general productivity applications like MS outlook, MS excel, Lotus Notes etc.
• Knowledge of ID access & management and Active directory is preferred
• Working knowledge of MS Office
