Positions Open: 1 Lead Developer 2 Junior Developers
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ASP.NET MVC and Web API. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code as per project requirements. Implement and support the full application lifecycle: coding, debugging, testing, deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing applications, ensuring continuous functionality. Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness across platforms. Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards and best practices. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in web development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4+ years experience for Lead Developer role. 2+ years experience for Junior Developer roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, and .NET Core. Strong experience in creating and consuming RESTful services. Hands-on experience with SQL Server and database management. Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and unit testing. (Optional but desirable) Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
