We have a Immediate Requirement of Application Engineer for one of our Client at Pune location.

Summary:

Work Location: Pune

Experience: 7 to 10years' experience level is required.

Position:

Immediate joines preffered within 15/20 days joiners acceptable.

JD for Application Engineer/Developer

Description:

Specific responsibilities and expectations include but not limited to:

* Must have a minimum of 7 years of technical experience in software development.
* At least 5 years in full-stack programming
* Must be experienced with all phases of software cycle including solution design, code
development, unit testing, functional testing, code review, quality acceptance testing/user
acceptance testing, deployment and post release support
* Possesses a process mindset.
* Knowledge and experience with Agile project delivery concepts and tools (Lean/Scrum/Kanban,
Jira)
* Experienced in working in a team environment using project management tools like JIRA, and
source code version control systems like BitBucket
* Technical problem solver able to identify multiple parallel options for solving a given business
problem.

* Understanding of traditional SDLC, Waterfall and Agile project management concepts
* Must be able to work collaboratively as part of team and remain accountable for individual
deliverables
* Provide technical mentorship and guidance to less experienced members of team
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* ITIL knowledge & experience an ITIL based ticketing system such as ServiceNow
* Must have a minimum of 5 year of experience C# .Net development.
* Must have a minimum of 5 year of experience in Web development.

Primary Technology Expertise Requirements (No more than 3)

* Good understanding of object oriented programming, MVC Framework, Identity and
authorization management, C# advanced topics such as Reflection.
* Experience in at least two of below focus areas:
o Front-end UI: JavaScript, one or more JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, VUE.js preferred),
one or more CSS frameworks (semantic UI preferred), ReST APIs, Html5, CSS3
o Middle Tier: C#, hosting ReST or SOAP API's, Linq, multi-threaded programming,
encryption, signaling for building real-time application
o Backend tier: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, handling large database for performance

Secondary Technical Skills Desired

* Experience with SNOW SaaS platform is a plus
* Automation: Python, PowerShell
