Job Description
Job Summary :We are looking for a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer with over a year of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user interface design, user experience principles, and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience across our digital products.
Key Responsibilities :- UI Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- UX Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
- User Flows: Design and document user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the company's design system and style guide.
- Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements.- Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to best practices and industry standards.Qualifications:- Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Education: A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred but not required.- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of UI designs, UX processes, and user research.
- Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Knowledge: Understanding of current design trends, responsive design principles, and best practices in UX.- Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.- Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve design challenges with a user-centered approach.
Nice-to-Have :- Experience with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.- Familiarity with motion design and animation tools.- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
