EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

• Bachelors or Masters (Computer Science major), or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills
• One or more Agile certifications: CSM, PMI ACP, ICAgile.
• PMP, or similar detailed knowledge of formal project management processes

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Collaborate with engineering teams to define success criteria, metrics, and the supporting roadmap and help team to achieve the release goals
• Drive the day- to- day execution of cross- functional infrastructure engineering programs, including internal process improvements, removing roadblocks, and delivery of programs that meet company mission & release goals
• Manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, schedule, and resources accordingly.
• Develop and own communication plans to effectively and proactively transmission program status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
• Drive accountability and ownership in a fast- paced environment through project planning and strong scoial skills
• Lead project level retrospectives, post- mortems, and RCAs (Root Cause Analysis) with clear next steps, action items, and follow- up.
• Coach teams through the software development process using Agile, Scrum, and Lean practices and work openly and valiant across all functions and geographies to ensure projects are developed and deployed with quality and timely delivery into our production systems.

WORK EXPERIENCE

10 years of experience , as Project Manager, Program Manager (or equivalent) or Lead, Scrum Master, working with technical teams developing software solutions.

Experience managing analytic products, technologies, and platforms is preferred
