Job Description

Dear Candidates,

We have Opening for  Officer QC Chemist carbon black for manufacturing company

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- 1- 2 Years relevant work with Beverage CSD Syrup preparation, Handling the PET Line Start up , end up Online monitoring , CIP Protocols , sting , Micro testing , GMP, etc

- Process Responsible & Monitoring:-

- As per the production implementing the syrup preparation process etc

- Monitoring automatic process control system and make manual adjustments when required to maintain product quality targets ensuring all instrument are properly maintained

- Analyze final beverage and approve the batch to production as per the standard

- Verify the CIP activities and conduct CIP chemical analysis if required. Collect AOT , swab samples for microbiological analysis

- Monitoring the water treatment process and ensuring the quality of water

- Raw and Packaging Material Monitoring

- Monitor in use raw and packaging material and notify to If any yield Loss and coordinate with concern person to Minimize the RM/PM wastage

- Reports Prepare product analysis report timely and accurately. Prepare process monitoring an packing materials monitoring reports timely and accurately.

- Maintain lab equipment calibration reports encode the parameters test result for Quality index calculation

- Following Food Safety, Quality Safety & Environment

- Ensure all relevant Safety, Food Safety Quality and environmental policies procedures and controls are followed during process filling packaging sampling and storage .Monitor GMP and GHF

- Preparing the RMPM requirement and pre plan the order as considered the lean time and ensures the no shortage of RMPM as per the SIP Volume

- Monitoring the FIFO FEFO for the RMPM and Finished goods

- Overall coordination with production & Maintenance team for the effective shift operation

- Coordination with HR for the Manpower requirements Training etc

- Leading the Plant GMP Practices up to the standard

- Maintaining the shelf life sample and do the necessary study
