We are Hiring for Team Leader - Tele Collection
We are looking for Immediate joiners
Location: New Delhi, Saraswati Vihar
Job Types: Full-Time
Schedule: Day Shift
Experience: Min 2 years of experience as a Team Leader
Qualification: 12+ or Graduate

*Required Candidate Profile: Eligibility Criteria*
1. Should have handled minimum of 10- 15 team members.
2. Should have handled the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals.
3. Responsible for staff retention within the team.
4. Should be from collection background handling financial products (PL, Two-wheeler other Consumer Loans Etc.)
5. Should have role experience: Minimum 2 - 4 Years in Domestic Call Center and must be a Graduate.
6.The Candidate should have good experience in Collections, especially Recovery.
7.Should have a fair knowledge of Collection mechanism like Skip Tracing.
