Job Description

    Reliance Jio is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Executives to join our rapidly growing team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving Jio's business growth by promoting and selling Jios mobile, broadband, and digital services to customers across diverse market segments. You will be responsible for generating new business, building customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Acquisition: Actively pursue and acquire new customers for Jios products and services (mobile, broadband, digital services) through direct sales, field marketing, and lead generation. Market Expansion: Identify and tap into new business opportunities in the assigned territory to expand Jios customer base. Product Promotion: Effectively communicate and demonstrate the features and benefits of Jio products to prospective customers. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing excellent service and support. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the companys overall growth. Customer Support: Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service-related concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. Regularly report progress to the sales manager. Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including marketing, customer support, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred. Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles in telecommunications, retail, or other relevant industries is a plus. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers. Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer concerns and offer suitable solutions. Self-Motivated: Strong drive to achieve and exceed targets with minimal supervision. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with mobile technology, digital services, and telecommunications products is an advantage. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
