Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Responsibilities & Key Deliverables CAD development of parts, assemblies, drawing and interaction with DMU Working in PLM environment for BOM preparation and releases Support to proto & manufacturing build Study of concerns from manufacturing and validation. Concept development and continuous benchmarking To interact with cross functional team of other department. Design and development of sheet metal parts DFMEA, DFA, DFS. Validation and manufacturing issue resolution. Good understanding of sheet metal fabrication/ material strength/machining process. Should be able to adhere and maintain all design documents. Knowledge of ABS, ESP and ADAS development and timeline Can do system calculations and finalise system specifications. Experience 8-10 years experience in Sheet Metal and Brakes Industry Preferred Automobile / Brakes Suppliers Qualifications B.E / B. Tech Mechanical / Automobile engineering General Requirements Knowledge of CATIA V5 (Part, assembly, drawing), Teamcenter, MS Office Material, manufacturing process, homologation & validation GD&T, stack up tolerance, FTA, Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA System and product knowledge with design calculation,
