    Warranty Manager for SS Mahindra Contact hidden_mobile A Car Warranty Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's vehicle warranty program, including managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, analyzing warranty data to identify trends, resolving customer issues related to warranties, and working with dealerships and service centers to streamline the warranty process, all while aiming to minimize warranty costs and maintain customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Claims Management: Receive and review warranty claims submitted by dealerships and customers. Verify eligibility of claims against warranty policies and procedures. Analyze repair requests to determine appropriate coverage and authorize repairs. Manage claim denials and customer disputes regarding warranty coverage. Policy Administration: Stay updated on manufacturer warranty guidelines and policy changes. Interpret warranty terms and conditions for dealers and customers. Implement and maintain internal warranty procedures. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyze warranty claim data to identify trends and potential issues with vehicle components. Generate reports on warranty costs, claim frequency, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement in product design or quality control based on warranty data. Dealer and Customer Support: Provide training to dealership service advisors on warranty procedures and claim submission. Address customer concerns regarding warranty claims and resolve issues promptly. Communicate with customers regarding the status of their warranty claims. Cost Management: Monitor warranty costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction. Negotiate with suppliers regarding warranty repair costs. Develop strategies to minimize warranty claims through proactive measures. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of automotive systems, components, and repair procedures. Analytical Skills:Ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns to make informed decisions. Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication to interact with customers, dealers, and internal teams. Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to analyze warranty claims, identify root causes, and find solutions to complex issues. Customer Service Focus:Commitment to providing excellent customer service throughout the warranty process. Relevant Experience: Previous experience in an automotive service department or warranty administration role. Knowledge of automotive warranty management systems. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
