- Job Title: Manager/Sr. Manager Technical (EIA)- 02 No.s Location: Lucknow Job Type: Full-time Industry: Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) Mining, Cement, Pipeline, Thermal Power etc. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Manager/Sr. Manager Technical (EIA) to lead and oversee Environmental Impact Assessments for Mining, Cement, Pipeline, and Thermal Power projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in environmental regulations, impact analysis, risk assessment, and project management, ensuring compliance with national and international environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) for Mining, Cement, Pipeline, and Thermal Power projects. Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate environmental risks and mitigation measures. Perform comprehensive risk assessments related to environmental impacts and project sustainability. Prepare and review EIA reports, environmental management plans (EMP), and compliance reports. Ensure all projects comply with local, national, and international environmental regulations. Engage with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary environmental clearances and approvals. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, geologists, and ecologists, for comprehensive impact assessments. Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams regarding environmental sustainability and regulatory requirements. Conduct stakeholder engagement and public consultations to address environmental concerns. Monitor and evaluate environmental performance, recommending best practices for sustainable development. Stay updated with environmental laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to mining, cement, pipeline, and thermal power sectors. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in conducting and managing EIAs, preferably in Mining, Cement, Pipeline, and Thermal Power industries. Strong knowledge of EIA guidelines, environmental laws, regulatory frameworks, and risk assessment methodologies. Experience in working with regulatory bodies and obtaining environmental permits. Proficiency in using environmental modeling software and GIS tools. Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to analyze complex environmental data and develop strategic recommendations. Preferred Skills: Certification in Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001) or related credentials. Knowledge of biodiversity conservation, air and water quality management, carbon footprint analysis, and risk assessment techniques. Hands-on experience in Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA). Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
