Job Description
Should have end to end implementation experience with client facing role.
Must be able to handle the customer calls independently.
Well versed with implementation methodology and translate business requirements into Oracle solution.
Able to work on Core HR Emp and Manager Self-service, Journeys, Personalization (VBCS) and fast formulas as required.
At least 7 years of experience in Oracle HCM cloud with minimum of 2 implementations experience in Core HR and Compensation.
