We are seeking an Experienced Google Ads Performance Director with a proven ability to manage multiple Google Ads accounts and drive high-performing lead generation strategies across diverse industries. As a Google Ads Performance Director at our agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of multiple Google Ads accounts for a portfolio of clients, focusing on lead generation. You will take a strategic approach to campaign management, leveraging data analysis, industry insights, and advanced Google Ads strategies to drive exceptional results. This role requires leadership in both campaign execution and team management, ensuring that all client goals are met and that campaigns deliver maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns for multiple client accounts, focusing on lead generation and performance metrics. Develop and implement advanced Google Ads strategies across multiple platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) to maximize lead generation and improve conversion rates (CR). Oversee in-depth keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimization to ensure that campaigns are designed for maximum lead capture and conversion efficiency. Monitor and analyze the performance of all campaigns, utilizing Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other tracking tools to make data-driven decisions for continuous optimization. Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for lead generation, such as cost-per-lead (CPL), return on investment (ROI), and conversion rates, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed client goals. Manage and mentor a team of PPC specialists, ensuring they are aligned with campaign goals, are continuously improving their skills, and meet deadlines. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, target audience, and key challenges, tailoring Google Ads strategies to meet their needs. Stay on top of the latest Google Ads updates, tools, features, and best practices to ensure that campaigns remain competitive and deliver high performance. Provide senior-level strategic insights, reporting, and recommendations to clients, ensuring transparency and alignment with their business goals. Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, content, social media) to ensure integrated strategies and cohesive messaging across digital channels. Lead training initiatives within the team to share knowledge on advanced Google Ads strategies, new technologies, and trends. Qualifications: Extensive experience as a Google Ads Performance Director or similar role, with a strong background in managing multiple Google Ads accounts in a digital marketing agency. Expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) and a proven track record of driving lead generation and conversion optimization. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools. Ability to lead and manage a team of PPC specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute high-level strategies. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts. Google Ads Certification is required; additional certifications in digital marketing or advanced Google Ads strategies are a plus.
