Job Description: Performance Marketer and Account Manager Position Overview: The Performance Marketer and Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition while simultaneously managing client relationships. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing techniques, analytical skills and the ability to manage and grow client accounts effectively. Key Responsibilities: Performance Marketing: 1. Strategy Development: o Create and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels (e.g., PPC, social media, email marketing, display advertising) o Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities 2. Campaign Management: o Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns to meet performance goal (CPC, CPA, ROI). o Utilize tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other ad platforms 3. Analytics and Reporting: o Monitor and Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) o Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement o Track key metrics and KPIs to measure success and identify areas for optimization 4. Budget Management: o Allocate and manage marketing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI o Track spending and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget Account Management: 1. Client Relationships: o Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients o Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships o Understand client needs and objectives and provide strategic marketing advice 2. Project Management: o Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, development) to deliver marketing projects on time o Ensure all client deliverables meet quality standards and are aligned with their goals 3.
