We are seeking an Experienced Google Ads Performance Manager with a proven track record in managing multiple Google Ads accounts and driving highly effective lead generation campaigns. As a Google Ads Performance Manager at our agency, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign performance. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms and data analysis to ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum conversions and return on investment (ROI). You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop strategies that meet client goals and continuously improve performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize multiple Google Ads accounts for clients across various industries, ensuring campaigns are focused on lead generation and performance improvement. Develop, implement, and execute lead generation strategies across Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, Remarketing, and YouTube Ads. Conduct in-depth keyword research, create effective ad copy, and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates (CR) and reduce cost-per-lead (CPL). Continuously analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and making data-driven decisions to enhance campaign outcomes. Monitor key performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates (CR), and cost-per-conversion (CPC) to ensure campaigns are delivering optimal results. Implement and manage A/B testing to refine ad copy, targeting strategies, and landing pages, ensuring continuous improvement of campaign performance. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and target audience, tailoring Google Ads strategies to meet their needs. Stay up-to-date with Google Ads updates, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and competitive. Provide detailed performance reports to clients, offering strategic recommendations and insights to improve lead generation and campaign performance. Work with internal teams (SEO, content, social media) to create integrated digital marketing strategies that align with client goals. Lead and mentor junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices to help them optimize campaigns and achieve better results. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Google Ads Performance Manager or similar role, managing multiple Google Ads accounts in a digital marketing agency environment. Strong expertise in Google Ads platforms (Search, Display, Remarketing, YouTube Ads) and a focus on lead generation strategies and performance optimization. Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to measure and analyze campaign performance. Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for key metrics such as ROI, lead volume, conversion rates, and cost-efficiency. Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Experience leading and mentoring junior team members to improve their PPC skills and drive better results. Google Ads Certification is required; additional certifications in digital marketing or related fields are a plus.
