No Targets Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely and efficient manner. Provide accurate information about products and services. Maintain a high level of professionalism and build a positive rapport with customers. Document customer interactions and maintain records of inquiries and complaints. Follow communication guidelines and standard operating procedures. Education: Minimum High School / Graduate in any discipline.
