Experience: 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment, specifically for US-based roles.
Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of the IT landscape, including various technologies, roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Network Engineers, etc.), and the required skills for each.
Tools: Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment platforms.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence both candidates and hiring managers.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
Problem-Solving: Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring the accurate documentation of all recruitment processes.
