IT Project Manager/Scrum Master - Hyderabad @ ON Semiconductor

The Scrum Master is responsible for planning, facilitating, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivery solutions that provide exceptional business value to users. The Scrum Master will manage high visibility solution delivery using agile methods in a fast-paced environment. As a Team Coordinator, this person is responsible for onboarding new team members and partnering with Team Leads and Manager to provide necessary Administrative support. The ideal candidate is first and foremost a servant leader, a facilitator who tirelessly works through impediments, ensures the integrity of Agile processes, and motivates the team to high levels of performance and achievement.

Requirements and Responsibilities

Push for the change and coordinate with different stakeholders. Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments. Act as Impediment Manager for the Team. Growth and progressive mindset. Leverage organizational resources to improve team efficiency. Partner with Team Lead and Agile Lead to mentor team members. Coach Help the team in Agile best practices, processes, and mindset; plan, lead and facilitate agile team ceremonies. Well versed with Metrics based reporting for AgileWaterfallKanban methodologies.
